Das Theater Hof (Intendant Lothar Krause) ist ein Vier-Sparten-Haus mit Musiktheater, Schauspiel, Ballett und Jungem Theater in Kooperation mit den Hofer Symphonikern in der nordbayerischen Stadt Hof (ca. 48.000 Einwohner:innen). In jeder Spielzeit stehen im Großen Haus (567 Plätze), im Studio (99 Plätze) und an externen Spielorten rund 20 Premieren auf dem Spielplan.

Zugleich ist das Theater Hof eine Landesbühne mit Gastspielbetrieb in Nordbayern und darüber hinaus.

Zur Verstärkung des der Ballett-Compagnie unter der Ballettdirektion von Barbara Buser sucht das Theater Hof

ab dem 1. September 2026

drei weibliche Balletttänzer:innen (w/d) mit sehr guter klassischer und moderner Technik.

Beginn des Engagements ist der 01. September 2026.

Der Vertrag wird in Anlehnung an den Normalvertrag Bühne SR Solo geschlossen und hat eine Laufzeit von zunächst zwei Spielzeiten bis August 2028. Die Verfügbarkeit für Vorproben zwischen Mitte Juni 2026 und Mitte Juli 2026 wäre wünschenswert.

The Theater Hof (Artistic Director: Lothar Krause) is a four-genre theatre featuring music theatre, drama, ballet, and young theatre, in cooperation with the Hofer Symphoniker, located in the northern Bavarian city of Hof (approx. 48.000 inhabitants). Each season, around 20 premieres are presented on the stages of the Main Stage (567 seats), the Studio (99 seats), and at external venues.

At the same time, Theater Hof serves as a state theatre (Landesbühne) with guest performances throughout northern Bavaria and beyond.

To strengthen the ballet company under the direction of Ballet Director Barbara Buser, Theater Hof is seeking,

from 1 September 1st 2026,

three female ballet dancers (f/d) with excellent classical and contemporary technique.

The engagement begins on September 1st 2026.

The contract will be based on the German “Normalvertrag Bühne SR Solo” and will initially run for two seasons, until August 2028. Availability for preliminary rehearsals between mid-June 2026 and mid-July 2026 would be desirable.
