St.Gallen Dance Company – Open Call for Dancers

St.Gallen Dance Company, under the artistic direction of Frank Fannar Pedersen is seeking one male-identifying dancer for a full-time contract for the 2026/2027 season, beginning 17 August 2026.

·       We are looking for highly skilled contemporary dancers compelling stage presence and a broad artistic range. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of professional experience and demonstrates strong technical ability, excellent improvisation skills, theatricality, and artistic generosity.

·       We welcome artists from diverse dance backgrounds who bring creative curiosity, artistic commitment, and a willingness to explore a wide range of movement languages, contributing to the company’s dynamic and evolving repertoire.

·       We seek artists who engage deeply in diverse creative processes and who work with a collaborative and generous spirit. Kindness, mutual respect, and a positive contribution to the studio environment are essential to the company’s way of working.

The interdisciplinary vision of the company welcomes additional artistic skills such as singing, acting, or playing an instrument.

The company works in an international environment with English as the working language and performs both in St.Gallen and on tour nationally and internationally throughout the season.

Private auditions may be arranged upon request and must take place before 14 June 2026.

Expenses related to attending the audition unfortunately cannot be covered.
